House Rabbit Care Routine Checklist

Refill unlimited fresh Timothy / Orchard grass hay in the litter box feeder. Wash and refill heavy water bowl with cool, clean filtered water. Serve daily measured fresh leafy greens (Romaine, cilantro, parsley, dill). Inspect fecal droppings (quantity, round shape, no string of pearls / diarrhea). Ensure minimum 3–4 hours of active free-roam exercise and interaction.

Complete litter box dump, white vinegar rinse (removes calcium buildup), and fresh paper pellets. Gentle coat brushing / grooming (especially during spring/fall molting seasons). Inspect exercise pen flooring and replace soiled fleece or cotton rugs.

Weigh your rabbit on a kitchen scale and record in a care journal. Trim nail tips with pet clippers (avoid the pink quick). Check scent glands under the tail and clean gently with a warm damp swab if needed.
